In 1999, I moved from Italy to Groningen to study Psychology at the University of Groningen (RuG), where I still work as a lecturer. Having lived and worked in diverse cultural environments, I deeply understand the nuances and challenges of living, studying, and working in international contexts. My trip from Italy to the Netherlands enriched my personal and professional life by allowing me to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. This experience has shaped my ability to provide culturally sensitive therapy and coaching, ensuring respect for each client's unique cultural context.

Why Choose Me?

My approach merges empirical evidence-based methods with a comprehensive, holistic perspective, highlighting these key aspects:

Holistic Emphasis: Recognizing the intrinsic link between mind and body, I can integrate mindfulness and self-reflection practices when they align with each client’s needs and goals.

Evidence-Based Techniques: I employ evidence-based interventions such as ACT, CBT, Mindfulness Training, Voice Dialogue, and SDT, enriched by insights from my academic studies.

Intercultural awareness: My approach is grounded in principles of diversity and inclusion, helping clients grow and thrive within their personal and professional environments.

Multilingual Support: I offer sessions in English, Dutch, and Italian, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.

Flexible Options: Clients can choose between short-term focused work or deeper, ongoing exploration — available both in-person and online.

Workshops and training: I also offer workshops and training for professionals and organizations interested in well-being, psychological flexibility, and workplace well-being.
