Testimonials

For me, the most influential aspect of Laura’s coaching was the welcoming atmosphere and the trustworthy charisma of Laura. From our first session on, I felt very comfortable and understood. Regardless of what thoughts I shared, Laura listened in a non-judgemental manner and helped me to understand my own perspective in a deeper and better way.I especially enjoyed the mindfulness moments at the beginning of the sessions.
The “mountain” and the “gratefulness” meditation are the ones I practice on my own now because they were very helpful to me. Further, Laura helped me to figure out what aspects of my life I can focus on more.I learned more about my values regarding the different life areas and wrote down activities (small and bigger) in line with my values that make me feel good. I am very grateful for what Laura taught me about the two sides of every situation and that two realities can exist.
Laura helped me to cope with my anxieties as well. She explained that my anxiety has a function and tries to protect me. I can be scared and still excited about something. This helped me a lot. I am thankful for every session we had together, and I really learned a lot from the coaching. She helped me trust myself and what life has to offer.

I had the privilege of being coached by Laura, and the transformative journey was beyond my expectations. Her adept use of techniques facilitated the integration of crucial aspects of myself, fostering the inner harmony I had been seeking. What sets Laura apart is her application of acceptance and commitment therapy, which offered me a unique perspective on self-discovery and goal-setting that surpassed the effectiveness of other coaching tools I had encountered.
Laura's wealth of experience in assisting individuals with similar aspirations proved invaluable. Beyond coaching, she shared practical advice that empowered me to gain a firmer grip on various facets of my life. Her ability to guide me in crafting a sustainable vision for my future was a testament to her expertise and genuine commitment to her coachees' success.
Laura's coaching trajectory goes beyond the conventional, leaving a lasting impact on both my personal and professional life.

Laura helped me across a variety of domains, from personal to professional. Through her framework of Acceptance and Commitment coaching, she contributed to several insights on my part, for example, seeing that certain values I have in life can also be in conflict with each other. Laura is an excellent listener, which is exemplified by the questions she asks. Laura knows when to ask a deepening question, but she also knows when she can give some of her own input.
In short, I would recommend Laura as a coach to most of my peer students, but also young professionals, since her way of approaching Acceptance and Commitment coaching is bound to lead to one insight or another.
